Over 15 years experience of providing evidence-based psychological therapies to clients with a range of common mental health problems, trauma and complicated grief. I aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable space for clients to explore their difficulties. Appointments are available during the evenings and on Saturdays via video-call, or attend in person on Saturdays in Barnstaple.
